0 Cooler Master Eisberg Water Cooling System

Cooler Master Eisberg Prestige
 Cooler Master’s first Watercooling
 System designed in Europe

Venlo, The Netherlands – August, 2012 – Cooler Master, an industry leading case, thermal solution, gaming gear, and mobile accessory manufacturer has teamed up with german Alphacool, an early pioneer in enthusiast watercooling solutions. The resulting EISBERG Series are compact watercooling systems bringing the performance and modular design of highend DIY kits to the masses. The EISBERG series uses high performance Micro Channel Jet Stream cold plates found in enthusiast waterblocks, as well as high performance copper radiators to improve cooling performance and prevent galvanic corrosion. All units use german water pumps and are assembled and pre-filled in Germany under strict quality control.

The Eisberg Watercooling Series leverages the knowhow and experience of Alphacool and incorporates design elements and technologies found in expensive high end DIY watercooling kits.

Micro Channels
Tiny tightly packed slim copper fins force the water to flow through countless little channels in two directions, resulting in a much higher waterblock surface area and faster heat transfer from the copperblock to the water.

Jet Stream Plate
By limiting the waterflow to a thin opening the jet-plate focuses the waterflow onto the center of the waterblock and forces it to flow through the micro channels in two directions at a much higher speed. The dimensions of the micro channels, jet-plate and the flow speed of the water are fine tuned based on extensive testing and simulations creating the optimum pressure and flowspeed within the waterblock.

High Quality Pump
The Heart of every Watercooling System is its Pump, literally. The EISBERG series uses a high quality pump, made in germany, with a guaranteed lifetime of over 50.000 hours. Ultra precise ceramic components ensure optimum water pressure and extreme durability. It can lift water over 2 meters and move over 400 Liters of coolant an hour, and is equipped with several advanced safety features.

Pure Copper Radiator
Copper is more expensive, but transfers heat faster than aluminum, and doesn’t corrode when exposed to a waterloop with a copper waterblock. That’s why you won’t find aluminum radiators in enthusiast DIY watercooling systems. Our high performance copper radiators with a tweaked airflow and waterflow design make the EISBERG series run cooler and quieter.

Eisberg Core:
DIY customers will be excited to hear that the system is expandable, and additional radiators, waterblocks and pumps can be added to EISBERG loops. On top of that the Eisberg core module housing the waterblock, pump and reservoir, will be abilable for purchase separately.

Eisberg 120:
The Eisberg 120 comes with a 120mm radiator equipped with 2 120mm fans for improved air pressure and airflow. The Eisberg 120 is perfect for small systems without much space to mount a radiator.

The Eisberg 240:
The Eisberg 240 features twice the radiator fin surface of the 120 which means it can cool reach the same temperatures at lower fanspeeds or remove twice the amount of heat, perfect for overclocked MultiCore cpus
